I had my door spring broken and I called one company, the technician came and replaced my spring but notified me that I have a broken chain pully and my system is Craftsman that he does not repair. I called ATAC and was requested to send a picture of the pully. Alex came to my house and with no excuses replaced the pully and a chain. he found more wrong thing on my system and repair them. at the end of the work I asked what is my final price and Alex said that the price is the same as we discussed from the beginning and he did not try to charge more like others for the small modification that he did.
